General Award Outline
Prizes are awarded in each Swarmin session based on the player that under the rules of Swarmin successfully completes the session in the fastest time as determined by Swarmin. Prize payouts are at the sole discretion of Swarmin, only one winner per time, tied times go to the player that time was reported first by Swarmin.

Swarmin reserves the right to award none cash awards at their discretion at anytime while players are logged on to any session, these awards do not effect or replace any cash awards and are considered a gift for participation by Swarmin
Circle of Influence
Players that encourage others to play Swarmin can receive ten percent (10%) of the referred player's winnings as long as the original player who made the referral is playing in the same session as the referred player. Thus in order to receive a percentage (10%) of a referred players winnings for a given session the original player must also be playing that session. Referral awards only extend on tear of referrals. All players must be properly registered and logged in following all rules as may be expressed. Players only qualify for a Circle of Influence award for their referrals, those referrals must follow the referral requirements to qualify for awards.
Award Distribution
All awards will be mailed by Swarmin by regular mail within ten business days of the conclusion of the session. All award payments do not consider any tax deductions however include any applicable taxes, players are responsible to declare all winnings.
